Why can't I log in to my subscription?Updated 2 months ago

To login to your subscription, click on "My Account" on the top right corner.

You will be prompted to enter your email. Please make sure this is the email attached to your orders.

Once entered, you will have a one-time code sent to your email and/or SMS.

Enter the code, and you will be taken to your subscription page.


If you're having trouble logging into your subscription, there may be a few possible reasons:

-A different email was used on the original order that started the subscription. Please try any alternate emails that may have been used, including any emails attached to your PayPal account if used.

-The email used on the order may have had a typo in it, in which case we'll need to help get your account link sent to you. Please use our Contact Us page and let us know the issue. Please include the shipping address used on your order, as that should help us find the order in our system.
