Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?Updated a year ago

Please reach out to us right away if your order needs to be cancelled.

We have a limited timeframe before an order ships out and we're no longer to change anything on the order, so please use our Contact Us page to reach out about cancelling an order.

You can manually cancel an order within 30 minutes of it being placed by logging into your account on our website and on the bottom-right of the screen, there will be a cancellation button if within that timeframe.

We try to prioritize support tickets regarding cancellations, but we're available Monday thru Friday, 9am-5pm PST to help. We cannot guarantee an order cancellation, so if the order ships before it's cancelled, you'll need to file a return.
